My first day back at work is and/or consists of:
- going fairly well
- had one minor teary eyed break down this morning, okay - maybe more like 2 or 3.
- i'm rather glad to be back, actually.
- chris is being wonderful - as always lately - i answered the phone this morning when he called on break to 'hi sweetie' and he replied with a cheerful, 'well hello there!' ... i think he liked to hear me answer like that. if he's happy, i'm happy.
- i need to call to make one final doctor appointment for early next week
- i need to call and talk to my doctor about the 5K i'm supposed to be walking this saturday
- running to the bathroom
- bleeding like a faucet and cramping like a horrible m*ther f*ck*ng (.) ... Sorry, TMI.
- and talking to people about what happened - and trying to keep a good composure. i'll make it. it just takes time.
Psst, one more thing ... my door bell rang yesterday at 3 pm, and much to much surprise, my lovely sweet aunt from Colorado, sent me flowers.... it brightened my day. i should have brought them to work... dang it!
Other than that, i'ts going good. Sorry this is a little random today - that's kind of my mood today. I'm just ...... here.

It sounds like you're keeping your head up--good! It's a rough patch, but you'll be fine. I went through this part last year--the pain, bleeding, fun stuff. It sucks big time, but you can do it!
